Clothing Justice exists to educate, empower, and equip activists through purpose-driven apparel. Every purchase you make is a statement — and we take that seriously. We promise to deliver quality products that reflect your values, treat you with transparency and respect, and stand behind everything we create.

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to be fair, clear, and aligned with the values we share.

1. Use of Our Site

By accessing clothingjustice.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to use our site lawfully and respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or acts in a manner inconsistent with our mission.

2. Products & Orders

All products are fulfilled on a print-on-demand basis. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters production promptly — please review your order carefully before submitting.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the nature of custom and personalized pieces, we only accept returns on defective or incorrect custom orders. Please double-check all customization details before purchasing. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with tags attached
Free from damage, stains, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items
Gift cards
Custom/personalized orders (except defective or wrong items)

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at returns@clothingjustice.com before sending any item back. We'll guide you through the process. Because our products could originate from multiple US processing facilities it’s essential we advise you on your return. We promise it’s the easiest fastest way to return or exchange products. It’s fast and reassuring!

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus a 12% restocking/handling fee (calculated on the pre-tax, pre-shipping product price).
You can waive the fee by choosing an even exchange or a store gift card at the full pre-tax, pre-shipping value.
Refunds and gift cards are processed within 5–10 business days.

If you received a damaged item or the wrong order, you will be refunded the complete cost of the item(s), including tax and shipping — no restocking fee applied.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or style. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, copy, and content on clothingjustice.com are the property of Clothing Justice. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clothing Justice is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
