Freedom and fair representation.
Work that helps people secure freedom, navigate legal systems, and receive fair representation.

The Clothing Justice Giving Pledge
Clothing Justice is committed to setting aside part of its earnings to back practical, community-led work that helps people move forward.
Apply for fundingThe promise
Beginning with the next financial quarter, Clothing Justice plans to give 10% to 20% of after-tax earnings, after operating expenses, based on quarterly performance.
This is a commitment to make the brand useful beyond the clothes. We want revenue to support direct help, thoughtful advocacy, and steadier futures in the communities doing the work.
What the pledge can support
Work that helps people secure freedom, navigate legal systems, and receive fair representation.
Support for children with incarcerated parents and the people helping families remain connected through difficult circumstances.
Services and support for young people leaving foster care as they build an independent path into adulthood.
Put the support to work
If your organization or group provides direct help, share who you serve and what support would make possible.
The application asks for your organization, contact details, a website or social link, and a short outline of the work.
